Windsong Radiology Group One of Best Places to Work

After surveying employees and tabulating results, Windsong Radiology Group was named by Business First as one of Western New York’s Best Places to Work in the Large Company Category and was recognized at the March 27, 2007 luncheon.

Employees of each nominated company filled out an online survey that evaluated the company’s work environment.  A market research company completed the data tabulation from the web-based surveys which focused on: team effectiveness, retention risk, alignment with goals, trust with co-workers, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued and work engagement.
