Windsong Radiology Group Announces Southern Erie County Expansion.

As the only facility in Western New York which is accredited by the American College of Radiology as a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence, Windsong Radiology Group announces plans to expand its imaging services to include a facility in the Southtowns.

They have entered into a leasing agreement with McGuire Development for an imaging facility in Hamburg, NY. Windsong Radiology Group joins the Omni Pain and Wellness Center to offer comprehensive patient care and wellness facilities along with Lakeshore Primary Care Associates and Dr. Loubert Suddaby’s Neurosurgery and Pain Management services. The grand opening is slated for summer 2008.

Through the purchase of digital imaging technology, Windsong Radiology Group will continue its dedication to patient service and state of the art imaging. Services slated to be offered are Full-Field Digital Mammography, Breast Core Biopsy, X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, Bone Densitometry and Ultrasound. The facility also intends to offer CT and MRI services, pending insurance carrier approval. In line with the Omni Pain and Wellness facility’s focus on patient wellness, the Windsong Radiology Group site will have a unique focus on patient experience and comfort.

Dr. Thomas Summers, shareholder for Windsong Radiology Group, states, “We are excited to better serve our large number of patients who currently travel a distance to our existing offices in Williamsville, Lancaster or Amherst. It is our desire to bring high quality, patient focused imaging to the Southtowns and Southern Tier”.
