Dr. Markus Holzhauer Joins WRG Team

On September 1, 2008, Markus K. Holzhauer joined our prestigious team.  He is a graduate of Heidelberg Medical School in Germany; during which one year of his studies was spent as a Heidelberg Scholar in Lexington, KY.

His medical education includes clinical internships in Neurosurgery and Neurology and a Radiology Residency.  Dr. Holzhauer completed Fellowship and CAQ training in Neuroradiology at the Hannover Medical Center in Germany as well as a Breast Imaging Fellowship at Duke Medical Center, NC.

He has served as Assistant Professor at University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY.  Subsequently, he has worked in private practice and recently as Director of MRI at Hillcrest Hospital in Cleveland, OH.

Dr. Holzhauer is Board Certified, specializing in Women’s Imaging and Cross-Sectional Imaging.  Windsong Radiology Group welcomes Dr. Holzhauer and his family to the Buffalo area!
