Windsong Radiology Group adds 3 new radiologists for its team

With an abundance of news related to physicians leaving the Western New York area over the past few years, the Windsong Radiology Group is very proud to announce the addition of three new Board Certified Radiologists to join their team.
Josue Montanez, M.D. joined the Windsong group in April 2004. Dr. Montanez is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of St. Mary’s University and continued his medical education at the University of Texas School of Medicine. He continued with additional Fellowship training in Neuroradiology at the University Hospital of Cleveland, and served as a Major at the 13th Air Force Medical Center, founding the Diagnostic Radiology Residency Program at Clark Air Force Base. Dr. Montanez is Board Certified and has served the community of Little Rock, Arkansas as a diagnostic radiologist since 1992, specializing in both Interventional and Neuroradiology.
Anna M. Chen, D.O. soon followed, joining the Windsong team in June 2004. As a native of Buffalo, Windsong welcomes Dr. Chen back to the WNY area. Dr. Chen is an honors graduate of Cornell University and continued her medical education at the University Of New England College Of Osteopathic Medicine. She continued her education with a Fellowship in cross-sectional imaging at Georgetown University Hospital. Dr. Chen has served the community of Fairfax, Virginia in private practice since 2002 where she specialized in Women’s Imaging. She is Board Certified and specializes in Ultrasound, CT, and Women’s Imaging.
Most recently, Raja S. Cheruvu, M.D. joined the Windsong team in July 2004. Dr. Cheruvu is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Boston University and Boston University School of Medicine where he received dual degrees for both his B.A. and M.D. He completed his residency training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston Texas, and then pursued additional Fellowship training in Neuroradiology and Cross-sectional imaging at the University of California at San Diego. Dr. Cheruvu is Board Certified and specializes in Neuroradiology and Cross-Sectional Imaging.
The Windsong Radiology Group was founded in 1987 by Janet Sung, M.D., and has now expanded its radiologic team to 13 physicians. The Windsong Radiology Group provides a full range of diagnostic imaging services, including Western New York’s first PET/CT scanner for cancer imaging.
