Imaging Technology News Names Windsong Radiology "Top Women's Imaging Centers to Watch in 2010"

Imaging Technology News has announced that Windsong Radiology Group has been nominated and named as one of the "Top Women’s Imaging Centers to Watch in 2010" in their March 2010 issue.  The criteria for this prestigious award are innovation, operational efficiency, patient service, and teamwork.

Imaging Technology News is impressed with the innovation in the design and efficiencies that have been created with the new Dr. Janet H. Sung Women’s Imaging Center at Windsong that was opened in December of 2009.  The new space on the second floor of Windsong Medical Park contains over 20,000 square feet of completely new space dedicated to just women’s imaging.  The new design is not only one of beauty, but of function.  Wait times for screening mammography have been dramatically reduced while providing our patients with a greater level of comfort and privacy.  What was left behind with the old design is noise, wait times, and pagers used to summon patients to the registration desks.
