Windsong Radiology Group Named a Best Places to Work in Western New York 2010

Windsong Radiology Group is very proud to having been again named a BEST PLACES TO WORK IN WESTERN NEW YORK 2010 by Buffalo Business First.  Windsong Radiology Group competed in the Large Company category employing 101-200 employees.  The announcement was made during an award luncheon at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center on Thursday March 25th.  The award is based on employee survey’s that were independently conducted by Quantum Workplace.

Accounting and Human Resources Manager Leslie Groves-Marino sites a recurring best practice at Windsong Radiology Group that has been a necessary function for our growth while remaining  entirely dedicated to our mission of putting the patient first, “Engaging our team members as to how our practice can provide the highest level of service to our patients through the redesign of our main office and two new offices within a year.”  Groves-Marino continues on to say, “With one main office, and three satellite offices, it is necessary to make the team members from the satellite location feel like they are an important part of a larger organization with the mission of patient service at the highest level possible.

Windsong Radiology Group opened a new office in Hamburg at the Omni Pain & Wellness Center at 4855 Camp Road in 2008 and a brand new office in Lancaster at 4893 Transit Road with an expansion of our services.  Additionally, Windsong Radiology is preparing to complete the reinvention of our main office on 55 Spindrift Drive in Williamsville.
